Flat Rate Pricing : How Much It Costs To Hire Me As Your Realtor

Why a flat rate of $6000? My goal is always to serve my clients interests to the best of my ability. This includes charging a reasonable commission for my services. On the listing side of a real estate transaction, I recommend all my sellers offer the buyers representative 3.255% on the 1st $100,000, and 1.1625% on the remainder, plus GST. This ensures the buyer’s agent brings you a qualified purchaser.

Over $1,000,000 : If your property is valued over this amount, I’m taking an uninsured risk by entering into an agreement to help you buy or sell. Because of this, I need to charge more for my service. The rate for this is 1% of each additional dollar value, with no limit.

Unrepresented Buyer : If the buyer approaches the listing unrepresented you will be charged double the listing commission. But you will not pay the commission payable to the buyers agent. This is clearly written in our listing contract. So if my listing charge is $6000 and the buyer approaches unrepresented, you will pay $12,000. If my listing charge is $11,000, you will pay $22,000, and so on.
